ICSI Rm. Vâlcea is part of the international JT-60SA consortium, the most advanced superconducting tokamak in the world. The team has developed three essential subsystems that support, align, and enable the operation of the Thomson scattering diagnostic – the main tool for monitoring plasma.

Our contribution: the design and manufacturing of the Port Plug and the mounting ramp – elements that may seem simple at first glance, but are critical for the precision of the diagnostics that “see” inside the plasma.
